Greetings! Enjoy our Saints News!
HEAD OF SCHOOL MUSINGS
With the PLTW Certificate program firmly in place, we recently launched a Business Studies Certificate (BSC) with the financial support of the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation under the leadership of Ms. Cunningham, Business Studies Department Chair (MBA, Entrepreneurship).

In our school’s vision statement, we state that we aspire for our students and graduates to be known for their Christian commitment and character, entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and ability to solve complex, real-world problems. For students who choose to pursue the BSC designation, they’ll be on the road to do just that!
The certificate sequence begins with the required 9th grade Speech course (including interview and presentation skills), followed by Personal Financial Management. Students may choose one of two certificate tracks: Entrepreneurial or Corporate which include different courses, an internship and a culminating capstone project. Click here to learn more. Reach out to Ms. Cunningham at jcunningham@vchsweb.org with questions.
