Greetings! Enjoy our Saints News!
HEAD OF SCHOOL MUSINGS
Gratitude may be one of the best antidotes for fear, anxiety, or any other negative emotions. As I write today, I’m choosing to be grateful for many things but want to share three of them with you. First, I’m grateful the CESA School Review Team was able to visit our school on February 23-25 before coronavirus took over. We successfully passed their review and are slated to become a CESA Member of Council . Take a look at the team’s commendations .

Second, I’m grateful for all of the good news coming from our teachers and students on how well Saints Virtual Community is going. Of course, it’s not perfect and we have some tweaks to make, but our teachers are doing an extraordinary job given tough circumstances and our students are actively engaged and learning. Below you can read teacher quotes from a Zoom chat at last Friday’s faculty meeting and Saints notes of encouragement to their teachers from a recent student survey.

Finally, I’m grateful that tomorrow is Friday, Good Friday, but even more grateful that Sunday is coming! Jesus died to save you and me, but more importantly, He overcame death and is alive. You may be going through your own ‘Good Friday’ experience, but Sunday is coming. There’s hope! Jesus is alive!

Happy Easter!
