Dear Saints,
Happy October! This month of October, we are learning about the virtue of “Studiousness”, which is seeking knowledge to grow closer to the truth. The Truth is God himself! So we are seeking knowledge to help us grow closer to God. I hope you hear more about this from your children as they also learn about St. Albert the Great, St. Thomas Aquinas, and St. Edith Stein, who all acquired knowledge through science or books to lead them closer to God!
As we approach the second quarter, we are looking forward to a busy month full of activity and time together as a community! You will also enjoy one-on-one time during parent teacher conferences, hearing about your child’s individual growth and progress thus far. Please plan on joining us as we celebrate Homecoming, Vocations Day, the Living Rosary, and Trunk or Treat!
This October, all staff members will participate in an “Eyes Up” 30-day challenge to work on keeping our eyes up - focusing on acts of kindness towards others, intentionally spending time in prayer, allowing time for gratitude, and seeking goodness in each day. Maybe you can contemplate an “Eyes up” challenge for you and your family - we would love to hear what you did!
In Him,
