Dear St. John Paul II families,

It is with a hopeful and joyful heart that I write to you today. After the past few weeks of finding a new normal, there is a powerful sense of coming together and moving forward. I am so proud of our St. John Paul II community! We have witnessed so many of you modeling saints while assisting our families and the school in our relief efforts. We have been able to provide immediate help to affected families through donations of uniforms, school supplies and cleaning supplies, over $8,000 collected and distributed in gift cards, free ECI meals and Before and After School Care. Many of our families have even taken the initiative to start crowdfunding relief campaigns and organize work crews, carpools, etc. Wow!  It is because of God, working through you, that we are able to take care of our whole Saints family during this time and in the future.

Essential to recovery is the act of moving forward with the responsibility with which God has entrusted to us – preparing all students spiritually and academically to succeed in life and to do God’s will.  Our students affected by Hurricane Harvey will continue to face many challenges throughout the year. We have prayed for guidance on how to address these challenges and have decided that the best way we can alleviate their burdens is through the Annual Fund, which provides tuition assistance and allows us to meet the needs of all of our students.  If you would like to help, please visit or contact Jacquelyn Olexa, Donor Relations Officer, at
