Dear Saint Families,
Happy New Year to all! I hope all of you were able to enjoy some family time as well as time celebrating the birth of Jesus. As this New Year begins, we are all in the spirit of New Year’s resolutions or new goals! Even my family sat together to make new goals and I was certainly careful to make mine attainable because my goodness does time fly!
So…here we are fully back in the swing of things at StJPII! It is that time for re-enrollment! We are excited this process is completely online for the 2019-2020 school year. To begin, please click on the link that was embedded in the personalized email you received from StJPII Admissions. If for some reason you did not receive the email, please contact us as soon as possible at:
[email protected].
As a current StJPII family, you must complete the pre-enrollment process. At this time, you can re-enroll for next year or indicate if you do not plan on returning. While you are working on your online application, if you need to stop and come back to continue, always use the “logout” button on the TOP RIGHT corner when you are leaving the form. DO NOT “X” out.
Please take note of the following dates:
•
January 11, 2019 Pre-enrollment forms must be submitted online by 4:00 PM to avoid $200 per week late fees. Late fees are applied starting January 12.
•
January 31, 2019 New Sibling Online Application packet due.
•
April Tuition invoices will be sent to your family's primary e-mail address. Please contact the Business Office if you do not receive an invoice.
•
May 1, 2019 Tuition due to guarantee enrollment. All loans must also be processed and paid by this date to avoid late fees.
Tuition loan information and financial aid forms are available on the StJPII website under "Admissions". You should allow two to three weeks for the bank to process your loan application. If you have any questions regarding financial aid, please call the Business Office at 281-496-1500.
Thank you to everyone for your patience as we roll out the new on-line process. Don’t forget your re-enrollment deadline is this
Friday, January 11:00 at 4:00 p.m.
We are so excited to be thinking and planning for a new year, with our Spring semester full of many highlights including Catholic Schools Week, Father/Daughter Dance, Crawfish Boil, Spring sports and the Mother/Son bowling night!
Thank you for your on-going support of our saint family,
In Him we Trust,

Technology Tidbits: How to keep your family safe with growing technology
Over the holidays your kids may have received technology devices. Here are a few resources to help keep your family safe.
Guide them to good content: View their activity
Not all screen time is the same. Help your child make healthy decisions about what they do on their device, with activity reports showing how much time they're spending on their favorite apps.
Keep an eye on screen time: Set limits
It’s up to you to decide the right amount of screen time for your child. Family Link lets you set time limits and a bedtime for their device, so you can help them find a good balance.
Lock their device
Make sure you use the lock codes to keep all of their information safe. For additional tips from Google, please click
here!

Did you know.... All children at St. John Paul II participate in Saints Families, where children from across grade levels meet as a "family" to bond and develop leadership skills while undertaking group tasks. 8th graders lead these activities which include attending prayer service, service projects, and faith-based lessons. The relationships formed during the students' family time enable the children to develop a rapport with other students and an appreciation of the talents and abilities of all ages. Students stay in their Saints families until they graduate/leave StJPII. For more information on our Saints Families visit
