Advertising Sales / Online Student Directory
For the 2017-2018 school year, our Student Directory will be completely online!
Benefits:
- Free!
- Convenient & Secure! Available on your computer or phone through the secure Parent Portal app.
- Current! If your friends move, you will always have the most up-to-date contact information at your fingertips.
More good news - you may sell advertisements to fulfill your 2017-2018 Family Commitment. Instead of selling printed School Directory ads that have a very limited reach, you may sell online advertising space in Saints Weekly, which has a much wider audience. You will get DOLLAR for DOLLAR credit for whatever you choose to sell. Please be sure to consult the Company List before approaching any businesses because some families have established relationships with many vendors.
Please use the attached form when selling your ads. We hope you find this a welcome change; we are excited about offering you this convenient upgrade.

Parents of Artisan students are invited to Mass this Friday May 12. These art students will process into Mass carrying their hand-made folk art copper lanterns, symbolizing the “Light of God within their Hearts”.
Also, thank-you to all of the students and their parents who participated in the Art Club or Mini-Art Club this year! The last club classes are May 8 and May 10. The art club students enjoyed a social atmosphere while learning and creating art projects of advanced skills and techniques. Lucky Ticket Baskets
Check out the Lucky Ticket Basket flyer that is in today’s Tuesday folder. Each year, these AMAZING baskets create a lot of excitement and fun for our students. We would greatly appreciate your participation in our effort to collect money. Should you wish to donate, the PTO suggests $10 per family. You may send your donation to the school office, in an envelope marked FITS Raffle Baskets. You can also donate online on the FITS registration page. Thank you for helping with our FITS Raffle!
If you have any questions or need more information, please contact FITS Coordinator Kristen Matthews ([email protected]).

Ambassador Families
This may be a good time to touch base with new families to see if they have any questions about uniforms. Please remind them about the used uniform sale on
May 18;
p
erhaps you may want to meet them there. You may also invite them to join you at one of our final All-School Masses this month for fellowship…and it's also a great way to see the entire student body in full dress uniform.
Important: If you did not receive a NEW FAMILY ASSIGNMENT yet, you are still in our “bank” of volunteers and could be assigned to a new family in the coming weeks. There are still new families to match with ambassadors, and new families continue to register. We do our best to match students who are in the same grade, same gender, and who may live close to one another. So if you have not been picked, don’t worry…you still may be called to volunteer.
Thank you again for welcoming these families into our StJPII community. Please continue to check your email for new family assignments, and read Saints Weekly for updates. Contact Mary Beyer, Ambassador Coordinator at [email protected] for questions.
