Dear Principals and Early Education Center Directors,

As we enter the first week of Ordinary Time, we transition from the joy of Christmas and the wonder of winter break back into the rhythm of school life. This season invites us to find Christ in the everyday moments, even amidst the occasional disruptions of snow days. Thank you for your leadership in helping our students, families, and staff smoothly return to learning and faith-filled routines. May this time of renewal inspire us all to grow in grace and purpose.

PRINCIPAL AND DIRECTOR JANUARY RESPONSIBILITIES

January Responsibilities

VIRTUS—Please pull a compliance report to ensure that all employees are compliant. Employees who are not compliant will not be allowed in the building until they regain compliance.

Additionally, double-check to see if anyone's Background Check will expire within the next 30 days. You can send them the link to start the renewal process while they are still compliant!

LETTER OF INTENT

WORKING CALENDERS FOR 2024-2025

Please ensure your working calendars for the 2024-2025 academic year are updated to reflect the snow days from last week. As a reminder, our shared goal is to conclude the year with a minimum of 1,082 contact hours. Thank you for your attention to this important detail.
