We also began to formulate our organizational structure to staff and manage the operation. Bob Grover has led the sales and marketing effort and we have hired Michael Kehoe, who is a recent graduate of Portland Community College Landscape Horticulture program, to lead our new business development efforts. Mauricio Flores, who has been managing project work for us at the Nike World Campus, was selected to manage our operation as he has prior experience in the Salem Market. Adam Flint, who resides in Kaiser, will act as liaison to Mauricio, supporting him as he needs resources as the operation grows. Some of the members of our team have been commuting from Salem to our branch in Sherwood and are now joining the Salem team. We are excited about the opportunity this is providing Team Orange.
We have also worked with several Portland customers taking on their Salem properties with this commitment to locate there. We have also began to market to the Salem property management and ownership community and have begun work with new customers. We are excited to see Orange trucks and Team Orange show the Salem Market what we have been doing for the Portland area customer for 20 years now. GO TEAM ORANGE!
