SalesPad�Featured Functionality - Automatic PO Generation
Automatically create and send purchase orders with SalesPad's Purchase Order Generation plugin. Save time by eliminate the steps of manually creating a PO from backordered lines and contacting the vendor after each PO:
Select Purchase Order Generation from the Actions menu on a sales document, or set it up with workflow, so backordered line items prompt completed sales documents to go to a workflow batch that triggers the action, creating the PO.
With an email template selected and vendors specified during setup, the PO is automatically emailed to the vendor as a PDF attachment.
