Salesforce Broker Dashboard

The dashboard provides data-driven insights to help brokers manage their applications, book of business, and retention and growth goals with Cigna Healthcare.

Book of Business (BOB) – Displays the total number of clients enrolled and/or pending future enrollment. Report details allow the agent to manage their BOB for all products, including DSNP, at-a-glance.


DSNP BOB – Displays the total number of clients enrolled and/or pending future enrollment in a DNSP product. Report details allow the agent to manage the BOB at-a-glance.


Pending Request for Information (RFI) – Displays incomplete applications, from the broker, to be processed through to CMS. Report details include reason(s), remediation due date and application details.


Upcoming Cancellation – Displays clients that have a future disenrollment date. This provides the broker with insights, to which compliant outreach can be achieved, prior to a client disenrolling.


Apps w/ Invalid or Required PCP – Displays HMO applications submitted within the last 60 days, with a missing or incorrect provider/PCP ID. This provides the broker with the opportunity to submit PCP information before an ID card is issued incorrectly and/or provide timely remediation with the client.


Recent Applications Last 30 Days – Displays all applications received by Cigna Healthcare, from the broker within the past 30 days. This data point provides the broker with the ability to quickly see their recent applications and where they are in process; and to complete any necessary remediation using the report details.


All Applications – Displays all applications, for all time, for all application statuses. The report details allow the agent to manage day-to-day client business and Cigna Healthcare business with ease and efficiency.


Applications Effective 10 Days Post Enrollment – Displays all enrolled status applications with an effective date occurring with the last 10 days from today’s date. The report details allow the agent to manage day-to-day client business and Cigna Healthcare business with ease and efficiency.


Applications Effective 30 Days Post Enrollment – Displays all enrolled status applications with an effective date occurring with the last 30 days from today’s date. The report details allow the agent to manage day-to-day client business and Cigna Healthcare business with ease and efficiency.


Applications Effective 60 Days Post Enrollment – Displays all enrolled status applications with an effective date occurring with the last 60 days from today’s date. The report details allow the agent to manage day-to-day client business and Cigna Healthcare business with ease and efficiency.


Applications Effective 90 Days Post Enrollment – Displays all enrolled status applications with an effective date occurring with the last 90 days from today’s date. The report details allow the agent to manage day-to-day client business and Cigna Healthcare business with ease and efficiency.


Member Birthday This Month – Displays all enrolled clients with a birthday occurring in the current month. The client’s age as of the

viewing date is displayed along with click-to-access contact options including email and phone number. The report details include other relevant contact demographics making outreach easy and personable.


Star Producer Progress – Provides the broker with their period-to-date “New to Cigna” (enrolled status) enrollments counting towards their Star Producer goal. The progress chart illustrates each Star Producer level with a corresponding color. Orange = Level 3, Yellow = Level 4, Green = Level 5.


Tips:


  • Click the 'Refresh' button in each dashboard to render the most recent data.
  • Click 'View Report' in each data tile to view associated report details.
  • Click the 'Edit' and then the 'Export' button from the report screen to export the details to Excel.
