The evening begins with networking in a festive winter setting while The In-Between performs live. Guests will enjoy a charcuterie and dessert spread by Cahoots, paired with drinks from the cash bar hosted by Ricochet Taphouse.


✨ At 7:00 PM, the spotlight turns to the Awards Ceremony, where we’ll honour the outstanding businesses, organizations, and individuals whose hard work, innovation, and community spirit make Salmon Arm thrive.

We are hosting Part 2 of our Employer Insight Series: A Conversation on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).


Our first session sparked thoughtful discussion, and this continuation will allow us to dig deeper, share updates, and build on the insights already shared. The goal remains the same: to provide a collaborative and confidential space where local business leaders can exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and learn from one another’s experiences.

This roundtable will continue exploring practical strategies for fostering inclusivity, overcoming challenges, and measuring progress. Whether or not you attended Part 1, your voice and perspective are welcome and valuable.
