SALON SERVICES RETURNING TO THE COMMUNITY

Dear ActivCare Families,

Good news!

Beginning in April, beauty salon and barber services will be available in the community for our residents.

We are pleased to report that we are once again offering beauty salon and barber services at the community each Tuesday beginning in April. ActivCare at 4S Ranch welcomes Maria Parra to the team as our resident hairstylist. Maria comes to us with a wealth of experience, both in hair styling and caring for the senior population.

Be advised that Maria will follow all COVID-19 safety protocols within the salon at the community as outlined by our current guidelines.

The updated price sheet will be mailed to you and can be accessed by the link below. So that we can set your resident service schedule, we ask you to complete the attached form and return it to us. We will continue to bill salon services on your monthly billing statement for convenience.

This form will be added to your Admission Agreement with us. Should you wish to change your choice at any time, please let us know and we will forward a new form to complete.
