On April 18th the venerable Georgetown tea house Ching Ching Cha re-opened at 1314 21st Street. As before, Ching Ching Cha serves tea and sells tea, however, it no longer serves food. The small space in this quirky corner property is charming and tranquil, and has an interesting history, including once being an art gallery owned by Sam Gilliam.
