Core Flow is a great way to strengthen and stabilize the core while cultivating calmness and ease.Core strengthening postures are interweaved with a dynamic vinyasa flow to strengthen and improve range of motion. Appropriate for all levels of practitioners.

Active & Centered Flow with Ever Leon
Tues/Thur from 8:15-9:15 AM
An opportunity to use movement as meditation, Active & Centered Flow begins your day rooted in the warmth and equilibrium that a practice focused on alignment, balance, and space delivers.

From November 2-12 Veterans Yoga Project will be hosting our 5th annual national yoga event: Veterans Gratitude Week. This event enables communities to support recovery and resilience among our veterans, families and communities. Your donations are tax deductible.

After teaching non-stop for eleven years, Louis is taking a well-deserved break. His four classes on M/W/F at 9:30 AM and Sunday at 4:00 PM are on hiatus until January 2019.
Ayurvedic Consultations:

Eliot is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, trained under the mentorship of Dr. Vasant Lad in New Mexico and the Vasanta Institute of Ayurveda in Pune, India. Ayurvedic Medicine emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention using diet, lifestyle, herbal medicines, and cleansing protocols. It is an individualized system which seeks to promote true health within the body and mind. Eliot is completing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology with the intention of integrating Eastern medicine and spirituality within modern psychological care. These treatments are free of charge. Call Samyama or visit the front desk for an appointment.
