SALE OF WETMORE ROAD PROPERTY 
RESIGHT is pleased to announce the sale of an industrial facility located in San Antonio, Texas.  The property sold to a local real estate investor at the end of March 2017.  During RESIGHT's ownership period, we conducted environmental investigation and remediation, as well as performing building upgrades and site improvements to ready the property for sale.
 
The asset consists of 60,000 square feet of industrial space, and is located in an excellent high traffic sub-market of San Antonio directly adjacent to the San Antonio International Airport. RESIGHT originally purchased the property along with a 50,000 sq. ft. industrial building, which was fully remediated and sold to an owner user several years ago.
 
This unique property fit directly within our key investment criteria, which is to bring value to impaired real estate properties in urban infill markets throughout the United States.
