Be a better trial lawyer. Learn from the Masters.
You learn by watching. In this four part program, we will present live presentations of key parts of a jury trial—jury selection, opening statements, expert examinations, and closing arguments. Some of the Silicon Valley’s most prominent trial lawyers will present these remote programs in four substantive areas. Regardless of your specialty, you will learn valuable lessons to help you in your next trial. We strongly encourage law students, junior lawyers, and even seasoned trial attorneys to attend.  Earn up to 12 hours of CA MCLE credit.

Founded in 1958, the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges. ABOTA and its members are dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. ABOTA membership consists of more than 7,600 lawyers—equally balanced between plaintiff and defense—and judges spread among 96 chapters in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. ABOTA is an invitation only organization. The Masters in Trial presenters are members of ABOTA, trial experts and experienced trial judges.
