San Gabriel City Offers In-Person COVID-19 Vaccination Registration at Playhouse
San Gabriel, CA - The City of San Gabriel is offering in-person vaccination registration assistance at the San Gabriel Mission Playhouse located at 320 South Mission Drive on Tuesday, April 13 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, April 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Assistance will be offered to residents that are eligible under guidelines set by Los Angeles County.
 
Working in conjunction with the Herald Christian Health Center, the East Valley Community Health Center and the Asian Youth Center, the City will be providing in-person assistance in English, Chinese, Spanish and Vietnamese. Those that are eligible are requested to bring photo ID, medical insurance information and any eligibility verification documentation such as a pay stub, work ID or medical note. Those who will be attending are also encouraged to fill out this form in advance with registration information.
