New Privacy Policy Requirements!

The new HMIS Privacy Policy goes into effect for all client data that will be "back dated" into Clarity. Please print new ROI forms for all new client intakes, as they will be backdated into the new system once live.

HMIS users may also begin to collect the new ROI for existing clients, as users will be prompted to upload the new ROI forms in the Clarity client record after Go-Live.
