How do I refer to the Community Queue?

Clients must be referred to the Community Queue in Clarity HMIS. The referral to the queue happens after clients have been enrolled in CE and an assessment has been conducted. Follow the steps outlined below to refer your client.

Q: How do I make notes private in Clarity?

Answer: Notes can be entered for a client on either the Client Profile or an Enrollment by selecting the "Notes" tab. Users can make these notes private by toggling "Private" button at the bottom of the note page. This will make the note only visible to a user's agency. Users in TMHA and Family Care Network do not have any notes shared due to their agency configurations.

Q: There are no more weekly office hours. When is the next office hours and how can I still get immediate support?

Answer: There are monthly office hours for all HMIS users still offered by the HMIS Support Team. The next monthly Office Hours is Wednesday, April 3 at 11AM. For any questions or assistance, please reach out directly to the HMIS Support Team at SS_HMISsupport@co.slo.ca.us. We are a growing team and kindly request one issue per email which helps us internally as we "assign tickets" for efficiency and quick replies. Please use identifiers such as the Clarity Client ID or the Bell Card ID, and encrypt the email if you are sharing any PII (though client IDs are typically sufficient!).

CONGRATULATIONS to Transitions-Mental Health Association (TMHA)

for a 100% completion rate for training. Every HMIS user at TMHA is current in the offered course trainings and fully functioning in Clarity HMIS.

Great job, TMHA!
