This message is an invitation to attend an important event this Sunday the 13
th at 11:15 after the church service. Our church is currently discerning whether we can become a sanctuary congregation, and we will hold a congregational vote in the spring. Please join the members of the Lynn Unitarian Universalist Partnership (LUUP) after the church service on Sunday to learn what providing sanctuary means, how other churches do this work, and what it might mean for our church. There will be a brief presentation of information shared at our two previous sanctuary events by LUUP members and plenty of time for questions. Light refreshments will be provided. Our aim is to help every member of the church understand what it would mean to become a sanctuary congregation, and thus be prepared for the congregational vote later this year.
