Two kids are playing in a sandbox. One kid wants to take the other kid’s toy. A scuffle happens and sand flies everywhere. This describes the first Presidential debate. I had to laugh. I hope the kids grow up at some point. In the meantime, we must see this as a play of our own conflicting thoughts—those times when we are unskillful at redirecting the energy of our minds. It is important to continue mingling our thoughts with bodhicitta, the heart/mind of compassion. This helps everyone.
Much love,

The Healing Power of Practice
Guru Mantra
With great compassion and to clear away obstacles of body, speech, and mind, we are chanting and accumulating the Guru Mantra:

We will chant this mantra until the end of 2020 with the goal of accumulating 500,000 or more!

We have accumulated 303,817 mantras to date.
