Joy At Our Feet

“Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps the joy from today.”

This quote from Leo Buscaglia is a wise message in this time of wild change. If our outer circumstances cause us to worry, it is impossible to experience joy in this moment. For instance, we might take a walk while ruminating about current events without noticing the wildflowers growing at our feet.

At those times it is important to take breath and connect with the beauty around us. Wildflowers do not care about our dramas, so we must listen to them and take care of them like they are emissaries of loving kindness. And treat everyone we meet as a precious flower. They remind us all to be emissaries of compassion.

May all beings discover the joy of love growing in every vibrant moment, even in the most difficult circumstances. That love will help us and all beings weather the challenges of our times.

Much Love,

🙏🏼🌎❤️Michael

"Generosity brings happiness at every stage of its expression.

We experience joy in forming the intention to be generous.

We experience joy in the actual act of giving something.

And we experience joy in remembering the fact that we have given."
