Awakening in the Dream

One of the main practices in our lineage is Dream Yoga. This is the process of waking up to the dreamlike quality of perception by recognizing everything as a symbolic display of the wisdom mind. It is very important to see how the mind is revealed in all experiences so we do not get trapped by our mental habits. Michael will offer an extended teaching on dream awareness on June 11 (see below).

May all beings relax in natural dreamlike perception and experience self-refreshed awareness.
