My spiritual root teacher, Khenchen Palden Sherab Rinpoche, passed away on June 12, 2010, the same year I lost my biological father. I miss them both in different ways. Khenchen taught me about waking up to my true nature. My father tested that theory. Both were indispensable in helping liberate some of my karma and providing a view of the world from a refreshed perspective.

First Monday Introduction to Buddhism

Michael will present this brief introduction to Buddhism and the unique aspects of the Vajrayana tradition. This is a good class for beginners and a nice refresher for more seasoned practitioners.
