A Bit Foggy

I have a particular distaste for fog—foggy weather, mental fog, freezing fog, and fog in general. The kind of inversion layer fog we are experiencing lately traps pollutants in the air that can trigger one of my health conditions. So, yuck!

I imagine some you are wondering how a Buddhist could harbor such thoughts. Oh well, I can’t help that. Pursuing a path does not mean we have full realization. We just aspire to that realization. We do ourselves a disservice when we measure ourselves against an imagined ideal.

Besides, every thought has a corresponding buddha teaching us about our mind and perception. So, yuck! Thank you buddha…

Much Love,

🙏🏼🌎❤️ Michael

We experience joy in the actual act of giving something.

And we experience joy in remembering the fact that we have given."
