Equal Minded
The equinox always reminds me of Buddha’s teaching about being equal minded, free from extremes of thinking. When the hours of day and night balance, we enter the autumn or spring, marking a seasonal change of light into dark or dark into light.
In the same way, every thought has its own season and moves with the ebb and flow of our awareness. There is nothing to grasp—only shifting patterns of alternating light and dark.

Enjoy the shifting patterns and wonderful fall foliage. The crisp fall days and changing sun angles create a contrast, bringing many hidden colors to life. A La La, how marvelous!

Much Love,
