Our special presentation speaker will be Garrett Cammans, President of North American Weather Consultants, Inc. Mr. Cammans will share and explain how “cloud seeding” works, what increase in snowfall we can expect, where it is being used in other areas in California and the United States, and its safety.
Also, hear from SAWPA staff about the four-year pilot program being considered for the Santa Ana River Watershed.
