Monthly Program Meetings

Our Herstory series continues with member Georgia Larson speaking on "
These 60's -- Reflections and Realities". The dynamic Ms. Larson is the current site manager at New Mexico Aging and Long Term Services Department's 50+ Employment Connection program.

Georgia is a primary example of using volunteer work to get trained and find employment.  She started out as a volunteer with 50+ five years ago, became staff after two years, and was promoted to director last year.
