COORDINATOR'S CORNER
I love our TTN Mission Statement and want us all to become familiar with it. Here it is- the perfect content for our March Coordinator’s Corner:

The Transition Network is an inclusive community of professional women, 50 and forward, whose changing life situations lead them to seek new connections, resources and opportunities.

Through small group interactions, programs and workshops, members inspire and support each other to continue a life of learning, engagement and leadership in the world.

As a national organization, The Transition Network is a voice for women who continue to change the rules.

WE ARE THOSE WOMEN!! YAY FOR US!!
MARCH MONTHLY MEETING
Monday, March 26
5:45-7:30 pm
Program: LAUGHTER YOGA
Simple Transformation thru Joy, Laughter & Play
Valerie Clote will introduce us to Laughter Yoga, a fun, simple, and easy practice available to all ages and all abilities. No special clothing, props, or equipment are needed. Deep yogic breath is interspersed with unconditional laughter (laughter without the use of humor) while moving the body in play. This profoundly simple and powerful technique enhances and heals on the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical levels, immediately and simultaneously.
Valerie Clote blends a full career and undergraduate education in science with spirituality through her practice of Laughing Yoga, which she first encountered in 2011. She was immediately hooked by the simple and fun approach, experienced a profound personal transformation that shifted the entire direction of her life, and is now dedicated to sharing it with others.

OUR MERRY MUSIC MAKERS!
Musical Parties are some of our most successful social events. Each month, TTN members and friends join together at Jean Palmer's home. These popular gatherings began in May 2017 with about 10-12 women coming each month.

Counting both regulars and new women, over 100 women have enjoyed singing together or listening to the music and over a dozen have done solos. Show tunes, folk songs, classical instrumentals, 50s favorites—all have been heard, performed or sung!

Watch for the event listing each month and plan to join this informal group. Bring your instrument, your voice or simply just your ears. You will be in for a musical treat!
We are saddened by the recent passing of Donna Vogel, one of our most enthusiastic musicians (pictured at far left). Donna's presence will be missed.
