DCM Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has successfully concluded the search for a dynamic Executive Director to work closely with Sound Start Foundation's Board of Trustees to develop and implement the organization's strategic and fundraising responsibilities. Sound Start Foundation's mission is to provide educational and support programs to help babies with hearing loss lead full and successful lives. The Foundation supports the Sound Start Babies Program for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children, which has provided early intervention and nursery programs to over 1,500 babies and toddlers with hearing loss throughout New Jersey.
Sara brings tremendous experience in fundraising and nonprofit organizations, having recently served as the Vice President of Development for Children’s Aid and Family Services in Paramus, NJ, and previously as their Senior Director of Communications. Under Sara’s leadership, the organization achieved excellent donor retention as well as double-digit growth of new donors. Sara earned her MBA and has achieved her Advanced Fellowship in Infant and Childhood Mental Health from Montclair State University.
