August 2021
Dear Community,

We've had the great pleasure of speaking with many new residents that have stopped by our information booth on Saturdays. We enjoy learning a bit about you, why you chose to move here, and we just wanted to say welcome to Sarasota!

Many are surprised to learn that we are a year round market. It is true that we are open every Saturday, rain or shine, 7am - 1pm. In fact, some of our vendors start setting up for the market at 4am. Lots of magic goes on behind the scenes each week to ensure we have a successful Market day. We hope you'll fall in love with our Market just as much as the longtime loyal customers have over the years.

See you Saturday!

Entertainment this Week
A recent passion for gypsy jazz music in the vein of Django Reinhardt has put Dean Johanesen on a musical path with a focus on new stories of old times. Non-fictional characters from the '20s and '30s, circus performers, the side show, Prohibition, the war of currents all placed in a backdrop of gypsy swing.

Dean will be performing at the intersection of Lemon Ave and State St in front of The Mark entrance, 9:00am - 12:30pm.
