Katya Grineva, a Steinway artist of exceptional romantic and poetic expression, has played extensively throughout the United States, Europe, UK, South America, Mexico, Asia, and Africa. She has given private concerts for President George, Barbara Bush, the President of the Philippines, and the Vice President of Ecuador. As a teenage Russian pianist, Katya Grineva, came to New York in 1989 and had two goals: to study in America and one day, to play in Carnegie Hall. She made her Carnegie Hall debut in 1998. And last year she became the only solo female pianist to have played the iconic hall for 20 seasons. Proceeds benefit the preservation of the Saratoga Foothill Club clubhouse, a Julia Morgan-designed historic building.
