Culture Days in Saskatchewan 2021
The registration website is now open and ready for all the Culture Days events, activities and hubs you’re planning for 2021! The site is newly refreshed and easier than ever to use, with more options to showcase expression than ever before - check it out and start registering your Culture Days activities today!
 
Don’t forget about SaskCulture’s Culture Days Hub Sponsorship opportunity. Sponsorships of up to $5,000 are available for hubs in the province to support the continued success of Culture Days in Saskatchewan. Interested applicants are encouraged to email Shelley Fayant, SaskCulture communications consultant, for further details and information on how to apply online. Applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis until September 1, 2021 or until the sponsorship budget is expended – whichever comes first.

Nonprofit Lifecycle Capacity Building Lab Returns for 2021
SaskCulture is looking for 10 - 15 nonprofit cultural organizations, who have not previously participated in a SaskCulture lifecycle program, who are ready, willing and able to participate in a seven month program of self-assessment and planning to strengthen organizational capacity as part of the Nonprofit Lifecycle Capacity Program. Information Session on Indigenous Group Funding Opportunity
J.L. Watson from the Canada Council for the Arts and Carol Greyeyes from SK Arts will be hosting an information session about grants that support traditional, customary and contemporary practices for Indigenous artists, cultural carriers, arts/culture professionals, collectives, groups and organizations. The session will be hosted on Wednesday, June 2 from 11:00am - 12:00pm CST on Zoom. Click here to join the meeting using the passcode 679803. SMMART Program for Saskatchewan Artists Open
Social Media Marketing for Artists (SMMART) is now accepting applications until June 18, 2021. SMMART is an 8-week online training program designed to help artists develop social media campaigns and gain skills to promote their work online. Applications are open to professional artists who are residents of Saskatchewan and are working in the music, visual art or performing art sectors. Visit the SMMART website to learn more or apply.
