The Association does not prohibit installation of satellite dishes; however, it does regulate the size and
location of the dish.
- A satellite dish may be placed in the rear or side yard only
- Be sure that your satellite installer is aware of the approved location before they come to install, especially if you won't be there when they come.
Did you know? You can save time and multiple visits from your satellite installer if your satellite provider is instructed about proper placement of the dish before installations. When routine inspections are done in your area, the covenants team will note if a dish is placed on any part of the front of the home. Notifications will be sent to the address to remove the dish from the front and place it in the rear yard according to the
guidelines of the community.
