Break a sweat with 
PT Fitness. This self-paced bootcamp is geared  towards developing
cardiovascular and muscle strength endurance.


Kickstart your morning 
with a workout with Title Boxing Club, featuring a warm-up, cardio circuit 
and core-work session. 

Please bring a yoga mat.


Stroller Strides is a total  fitness workout that moms (and dads) can do with their babies. The workout weaves songs and activities together.
Please bring water, a yoga mat, your child and stroller!


Experience strength, 
balance, & flexibility on our  outdoor fitness lawn with  a yoga class from
Indigo Yoga. The class 
is for all fitness  levels 
and modifications  are
available.
 
Please bring your own mat.

Pure Barre is a low-impact workout that can be done 
by all women. As long as you 
can hold on to the ballet 
barre, you can do Pure 
Barre! No dancing
experience is required. 
Please bring a yoga mat.
