We will be following the HVCD dance safety protocols required to hold our dance:
  • All who enter the dance venue will provide proof of two vaccinations plus one booster (if/as eligible), identification, and contact information (phone and email). This includes children and guests who don’t plan to dance and the band and caller.
  •  By entering the venue, all participants acknowledge and grant waiver of liability (below at bottom)
  • All who enter will wear a mask over the mouth and nose and keep it on while in the venue/building, except when you sip water (please bring your own)
  • The band and caller (all vaccinated) may opt not to wear a mask when on stage. In this case, distance will be maintained between the caller/band and dancers.
  • Windows will be open throughout the dance or closed to use A/C if hot.
  • In the interest of having fun and keeping the community safe, we will not grant exceptions to the above at this time.
  • Please let us know if you test positive for Covid after the dance by responding to this email so that we can inform all attendees. Names will not be shared.
