We do not own or have any intellectual rights to the items being sold.  All unsold items belong to their respective estates and the estates decide what becomes of those items.  Options may include donation, further marketing after the sale or consignment via the appropriate avenue.

  

We appreciate folks leaving their handbags, purses and coats in their vehicles in order to protect the integrity of our homeowner's possessions.  We encourage bringing your check book and I.D. with you and a tote bag for your purchases.

  

We accept cash and in-state checks of $20.00 or more with a valid South Carolina I.D.

  

All items will have the appropriate S.C. sales tax included unless you have a valid tax I.D. number.

  

All items are sold as found. Please inspect your items carefully. We do our best to point out flaws.

  

Electronics are normally untested unless otherwise noted.  Please check for proper working condition if possible before purchase.

  

We guarantee working condition of all electronics as long as they are returned in like condition by the next sale day.

  

We wish we could quote prices over email or telephone, but it's just too time consuming.  Please come see us and evaluate the worth of any item in person.

  

If you are planning on purchasing a large item please bring the proper tools and plenty of help for moving your purchases.  We are happy to recommend names of reliable, affordable movers.
