2018 VIX Cabernet Franc ( Paso Robles, CA)
We were able to get more cabernet franc from the same vineyard that we used for the 2017 vintage! The best Cabernet Franc we have ever sold. Truly impressive with perfect balance and weight. Drinks more like a classy medium weight Cabernet Sauvignon with NONE of the green bell pepper that Cabernet Franc so often shows. Medium-full with just the right amount of toasty oak.

2018 VIX "Castle in the Clouds"
Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley,CA)
We are super excited to announce our first ever Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon! Aromatics of black plum, boysenberry, anise and soft baking spice and cigar box. The wine is bold and weighty with flavors of dark cherry, macerated black fruit, barrel spice and hints of smoky sage and woodsy cedar. This Cabernet is dark and concentrated, tightly wound and young. We do recommend decanting this wine for 30 minutes prior to service time. This Cab should be drinking splendidly
for upwards of 10 years!

100% Grenache. Soft aromatics on the nose, with rich flavors of strawberry, and candied cranberry. A textured, balanced body created through subtle tannins and vibrant acidity. Accents of cherry, pomegranate preserves and lingering finish of red licorice, and all-spice.
