2026 Dixie National Parade

Join in the American250 celebrations and experience the 2026 Dixie National Rodeo Parade on Saturday, February 14! Spend your Valentine’s Day enjoying marching bands, military groups, wagon trains, decorative floats, and titled queens as they parade through downtown Jackson.


The Dixie National Parade Awards Ceremony will follow the conclusion of the parade. The ceremony will be held inside the Mississippi Farmers Market, at approximately 12:30 p.m. Winners will be chosen by an appointed panel of local ‘celebrity’ judges and will be presented with an award and have their photo taken. Winners include 1st and 2nd place in the following categories:

  • Best Marching Group
  • Best Motorized Club
  • Best Float
  • Best Riding Club
  • The Commissioner’s Award will also be awarded to the best overall individual or group from the entire parade line-up.

First South Farm Credit has announced it will cover the cost of a one-year membership for any individuals and businesses who join the Genuine MS® program, helping more Mississippi producers, artisans and entrepreneurs promote their businesses. Through this partnership, new members who enroll in the Genuine MS® program through March 31, 2026, will have their first year of membership paid for by First South Farm Credit.
