Christmas Festival of Lights Opens Nov. 25

The Grotto's Christmas Festival of Lights is less that two weeks away. Opening Friday, Nov. 25, the annual event celebrates the true meaning of Christmas with music, lights and joy.

Known as the world's largest Christmas Choral Festival, more than 150 choirs will perform over the course of 35 nights in the Chapel of Mary, known for its cathedral-like acoustics.

There are nightly puppet shows and caroling in the pavilion tent, and music all around the grounds. And don't forget the millions of lights!

So get your tickets now and consider taking advantage of our value nights.

Lord Jesus, I ask for the gift of persistence: persistence in the face of challenges, in the face of loss, in the face of doubt. When I start to feel overwhelmed, grant me the strength to carry on, one moment at a time; never let me forget that you walk with me. With your help I can be a little braver, a little stronger, a little more confident. Jesus, I trust in you. Amen.

Enjoy the scenic view from the Meditation Chapel. Mt. St. Helens, 52 miles north, can be seen in the distance.
