Meal Train for Margie Karuzas
What is Meal Train? There are times in our lives when friends and family ask, "What can I do to help out?" The answer is usually to help them with a meal.
"After creating and participating in many meal trains I find myself in need of one. I recently had neck surgery to fuse two vertebrae on 5/13. The last 2 weeks meals have been generously provided and have been so helpful and needed. However, since I am unable to bend, lift or twist my body and head for 10 more weeks, continued support would wonderful.
Thank you so very much. Margie"
There are a few more days needed to be filled. Click here - instructions are included.

From Fr. Teri Harroun to the friends and members of Mary of Magdala
Hello friends.
I am sending you this email because you are an important friend and ally for Light of Christ. It is amazing to think that this year on Pentecost we are celebrating our 20th Anniversary as a community in the Ecumenical Catholic Communion.
I wanted you to know about our celebration on Saturday June 7th. Mass is at 5pm and a party in the Fellowship Hall will be after Mass. Please consider joining us. And if you can, bring a small side dish.
No RSVP is required. But we share this invitation with you because you are part of why we continue to be Light of Christ after 20 years.

The 301 Faith Partners Garden Needs Volunteers
There has never been a more appropriate time for a garden! We need locally grown food, both for ourselves and for the greater community, and the 301 Faith Partners supply some of this need through our garden.
But we need volunteers!
People who want to get their hands dirty in a productive and life-giving way, people who like to steward growing things, and people who value community are asked to please volunteer to help out with this worthwhile project of bringing healthy food to our little place in the world.
Email Nyla Anderson and offer your service!! nander0620@aol.com

301 FP Joint Ecological Team (JET) ECO Tip of the Month
The League of American Bicyclists does annual rankings with national measures of bicycling participation in multiple categories. It is quite impressive to see how Fort Collins measures up, so here are some impressive kudos!
* Out of 460 Bicycle Friendly Communities able to receive a level, Ft. Collins is one of 5 attaining the highest Platinum level in 2024!
*1,233 Bike Friendly Businesses are recognized in 2025 and our 24 BFB's place us 9th in the country!
* Colorado State University also achieved a Platinum level, one of only 9 schools out of 209 to achieve this level in 2024!
Summer is an especially great time to ride your bicycles around this very special bicycle friendly community.
And don't forget, Wednesday June 25th is Bike to Work Day!
The Joint Ecological Team (JET) meets as needed to plan educational events, Bike to Work day, volunteer opportunities, and advocacy. If you have any suggestions for future Eco-Tips, please email them to the Trinity church office (amanda@trinitylutheranfc.org).
Our next meeting is Tuesday, June 24th at 5:30 pm. Be sure to check out the JET table and bulletin board in the NW corner of the Fellowship Hall!
