Join us Tuesday, June 8th for a conversation with the creator, director and cast members of the critically acclaimed HBO Max limited series, “It’s A Sin,” which takes place in the early days of the HIV/AIDS crisis in the UK.

Series creator, Russell Davies (Queer as Folk), Peter Hoar (director), Omari Douglas & Nathaniel Curtis (cast) will discuss this important piece of work.

They will be joined by Jonathan Murray (co-creator) of “The Real World,” Patrik-Ian Polk (creator) of “Noah’s Arc,” and Daniel Franzese (cast) of “Looking,” to discuss how depictions and representation of HIV/AIDS on television has evolved over four decades.

The panel will conclude with an interview with Dr. Michael Gottlieb, whose 527-word report in the CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) 40 years ago is universally credited as the start date of the HIV/AIDS pandemic.
