All proceeds will go to 1 year old Blakely Estevez of Norco. Blakely went in for a routine 9 month well-check visit on January 27, 2021 where the doctor felt a mass on her stomach. After testing it was determined that Blakely had a Wilms tumor on her left kidney, also known as a Nephroblastoma, in addition to a small lesion on her right kidney. On top of this news, Abbie and Blake were in between jobs at the time and without insurance while still facing issues with the destruction of their home after Hurricane Ida. Blakely began 6 weeks of chemotherapy to shrink the mass on the left kidney and hopefully get rid of the one on the right. On March 25th Blakey had surgery to remove the left kidney completely. A 1cm portion of the right kidney was also removed. She is currently receiving chemo every 2 weeks. |
