Maintaining a Calm Presence as a Leader! Leaders at all levels are tasked with juggling many priorities and handling many stresses and crises every day. No matter the situation, a leader who is able to maintain a calm, focused presence is able to provide stability and guidance to their team and organization. In this session, leaders will explore self-awareness activities designed to strengthen calm presence daily.
WTTL is an invaluable resource for the women who make up an estimated 70% of the nonprofit workforce. In our session we'll provide essential resources for professional development, cooperative networking, mentorship opportunities, to help guide your career and your organization!
