Employee Appreciation Week is almost here!
Idaho State University is proud of the faculty and staff who assist, teach, and support our
students, visitors, colleagues, and community every day. To celebrate the dedication and
outstanding work of our employees, we are excited to kick off Employee Appreciation Week, March 30 – April 4, 2026, with a variety of virtual and in-person activities taking place across all campus locations.
Throughout the week, there will be opportunities to connect with colleagues, celebrate
achievements, learn something new, and most importantly, recognize the incredible people who make ISU such a special place.
Here are a few highlights to look forward to:
Wall of Thank You's
Help us celebrate the amazing colleagues who support and inspire us every day. Submit a
message for a coworker and help fill our physical campus walls and our Digital Wall with
appreciation for the outstanding people who make ISU shine. Submit a Thank You.
Faculty and Staff Years of Service Recognition Celebration
Join us Monday, March 30 from 3 – 5 p.m. as we recognize colleagues celebrating
significant service milestones, including those who have dedicated up to 40 years to ISU.
Celebrations will take place across all campus locations, and all faculty and staff are
encouraged to attend.
Be A Bengal Award Ceremony (Sponsored by Lookout Credit Union)
This special celebration honors our 2025 Be A Bengal nominees. Annual award winners will be announced during this invitation-only event on Tuesday, March 31 from 12 – 2 p.m., with light refreshments provided.
Campus Activities and Social Events
● Color-A-Bengal Contest
● Craft Activity: Keychains
● Activities and Dessert Socials including Bowling, 9-Square and Ping Pong
● Scavenger Hunt and the Great Bengal Race
● Staff Luncheon provided by Staff Council across all campuses
● Free movie showings of Anaconda and a free Benny (1 drink, popcorn, and candy included)
Give Back Together
Participate in service projects including a Food Bank project in Meridian and Hygiene Kit
Assembly in Pocatello and Idaho Falls on Friday, April 3, 2026.
Learning and Wellness Opportunities
● Zoom workshops on Change Management, Nature Well-Being, and more.
● Free fitness classes and meditation sessions throughout the week
● Jeopardy Game hosted by Staff Council
● Trivia hosted by HR
● Daily Crosswords
● Ambassador Walk for Faculty and Staff Only
