GIRLS, GIRLS, GIRLS - it's the talk of the town with HBO's hit series "Girls," and on this super Fort Greene House Tour you can see the kitchen island in one of the neighborhood's quirkiest homes, where star Lena Dunham did the naughty in Season 2.

No stopping there! So many more wonderful residences to see, including sleek 21st Century renewals and a classic 1880s brownstone with a truly Downton Abbey-ish aura. Then, privileged peeks into the Mark Morris dance studios and BRIC's new TV studios.
And...with your ticket and a limited first come-first served reservation, enjoy an extra special tour of the glass-blowing studio at Urban Glass, a behind-the-scenes view of the Nets practice court and the VIP lounges at Barclays Center, plus a guided tour of the spectacular naval and industrial displays in Building 92 at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Make your reservations now at fgahousetour.org.

This self-guided walking tour is $25 in advance, available via PayPal at fgahousetour.org

Day of tour tickets are $30 at the Polonsky Shakespeare Center, 262 Ashland Place near Fulton.

We hope you'll volunteer to oversee the rooms and flow of visitors at the various tour stops. With a choice of two shifts (11:50-2:30 and 2:20-5:00), you'll have time to see the entire tour for only $10 to help fund the Fort Greene Association - and you get an after-tour dinner with wine.  FGA board members pay the full $25. So please volunteer today. Contact Joan at joan@fgahousetour.org.
