June 2018 at Place des Arts
We inspire the artist in everyone!
June is a big month for us here at Place des Arts! Along with the busyness around our annual year-end dance and CYT showcases and getting prepped for our 2018/19 registration opening on June 10, we are set to release our new brand and visual identity!

The rebranding process has been an ongoing endeavour over the past 10 months as we have worked with award-winning design firm Carter Hales to freshen up our look. We're thrilled with the results and can't wait to share them with you at our brand launch on June 8.

Our 2018/19 Program Guide has been sent to the printer and will be available for you to pick up at the centre on June 9. In the mean time, we are sharing a draft PDF of the guide here and on our website (without the new branding because that would ruin the surprise!), so you can get all the info you need to register for next season.

Hope to see you at our brand launch, exhibitions opening or student theatre and dance shows this month!

Place des Arts Gets a Brand Makeover!
Join us for our new brand launch on Friday, June 8

Last year, we began the process of creating a new visual identity to tell our story and be a fresh and inspiring reflection of the unique Place des Arts experience.

We worked with award-winning design studio Carter Hales to create a new visual identity that captures our artistic vibrancy and the growing role we play in building community and fostering a sense of belonging.
We're excited to launch our new brand and invite you to be among the first to see it at the beginning of our June exhibitions opening on Friday, June 8 at 7:00pm.

Please join us as we reveal our new logo, tagline and the playful illustrations created by Carter Hales.
Our executive director Joan McCauley will tell our brand story, and we'll share bubbly and cake in celebration!

All are invited and welcome to stay afterwards to view the new exhibitions by Place des Arts' students, teachers and staff.
