You are invited to join us Monday, Oct. 19, for a webinar on the successes and challenges of a trauma-informed, gender-responsive sober living home program for women with histories of substance abuse and domestic and/or sexual violence. 

Hosted by the Interpersonal Violence Research Laboratorypart of the Nebraska Center for Research on Children, Youth, Families and Schools — and the National Advocacy & Training Network, this online presentation will provide an overview of the history, mission and operating procedures of the Support, Education, Empowerment and Directions (SEEDs) program.

Discussion topics will include the history of SEEDs, program implementation barriers and successes, lessons learned and next steps for continued sustainability. Speakers will also share program success stories of promoting recovery among women with histories of addiction and victimization.

Featured speakers include:
