The Critical Intersection of Housing and Healthcare
Every year, MCCH ends homelessness for hundreds of our most vulnerable neighbors, including Laura, Samaria and Mitchell. Their traumatic experiences of homelessness have one far too common and devasting theme - living without a home and managing chronic illnesses and diseases.

Watch this video to hear their stunning stories and learn how MCCH transformed their lives and restored their health by helping them move into permanent homes of their own!

Donors Making a Difference
In our Urgent Needs Facebook Group , generous community members provide urgently needed items to MCCH clients. Many of these donations may seem small in the long run, but they can have a powerful impact.

Mrs. C is a veteran in one of our programs and wanted to plant a garden for everyone to enjoy, but she was financially unable to buy plants. One of our group members donated a $50 gift card to Lowes and Mrs. C was able to buy enough plants to fill their garden!
Her case manager said she is "over the moon with happiness!"

Join our Facebook group today to directly support MCCH clients by donating the items they need!
Thank you for your commitment to ensuring that all Montgomery County residents have a safe, stable and affordable place to call home!
