Join fellow superintendents and school district leaders for a 1.5-day leadership summit focused on visioning, alignment, and leading the work ahead as you prepare for the 2026–27 school year.
Hosted collaboratively by the Illinois Association of School Administrators, the Lake County Regional Office of Education and Franklin Covey, this summit will blend high-impact leadership learning with intentional time for district teams to think, plan, and build together and learn from others.
Using research from Franklin Covey’s 4 Essential Roles of Leadership, teams will explore how to lead self, others, and systems with clarity and purpose — while strengthening trust, execution, and shared direction.
Participants will leave with:
- A clear leadership focus and aligned priorities for the 2026–27 school year
- Practical strategies for leading self, others, and systems effectively
- Stronger trust, alignment, and shared purpose across their leadership team
